Escape Room FAQ

You can book either a private or public game. Games are public by default, which means that other people outside your party can join your game. Larger groups (8 or more) can upgrade to a private room for free. Smaller groups can upgrade to a private room for an additional fee. Other Players can join a public room up to 15 minutes before the game begins.

Our rooms are designed for a minimum of 4 people. Your reservation is not confirmed until there are at least 4 people seeking that reservation. Special accommodations can sometimes be made. Please contact our office for more information.

Yes! We require reservations at least one hour in advance, online. Private Rooms can be booked up to 1 hour before the games time. Public Rooms can be booked up to 2 hours before the games start time. A credit card is required to reserve a room.

Of course! We can generally accommodate up to 10 people per room. If you have already booked and wish to add more people, please contact us and we can add them. Customers can join a confirmed public reservation up to 15 minutes before the games start time.

We understand that life sometimes happens and we try to be as flexible as possible. You can contact our team or use the link in your reservation email to cancel or change your reservation. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your game starts, and you can change your room choice up until 2 hours before your game starts. After the change window is closed, all sales are final and no changes can be made. At that point you will be charged the full amount (even if you do not show up). We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

Pricing is determined by the venue, whether the game is public or private, and the number of people in your group.

Our prices differ slightly depending on the venue. At our venue, the (public game) base price is $24.99 per person, and at our venue it is $27.99 per person. We charge an extra fee per person for private games if you have less than eight people in your party.

Contact us for special reservations.

Choose an escape room from the menu tabs above. From the landing page of the game you are booking, select how many people are playing and the time slot you would like to book. Indicate whether you would like to upgrade to a private room. You will then be required to enter credit card information to make a reservation. A small deposit per person is required to book the game, but full payment is not required until the end of your game. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

We recommend reserving your spot as soon as you know when you would like to come, but at least one hour before the game's start time for a Private game and up to two hours for a Public game.

The Heist, the Reactor Room, the Egyptian Tomb, Freshfield Spaceflight, and the Superhero Standoff all require a minimum of four players. Our Zombie on a Chain Room requires six players.

Yes. If you are reserving an entire room and would like to bring a couple extra people we can often accommodate you. Contact Us and we can help make the arrangements.
Custom scheduling of groups/parties is available.

Absolutely. Our rooms are intended for those 12 and up. Kids 12 and older are welcome, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Kids 5 to 11 can participate when a group books an entire room and they are well supervised. Kids can really enjoy the rooms but some puzzles are more difficult and may require adults to solve them.

Kids 0 to 4 are not required to pay and are allowed when a group books an entire room. In considering whether or not to bring young infants and toddlers, you may want to consider the room environment and whether infants and toddlers may struggle to remain well-behaved for 60 minutes in a single room. Some of our rooms include darkness, loud noises, flashing lights, scary characters, or other elements that may be too intense for some children (and adults).

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Games typically last 60 minutes. Plan on staying at least an hour and a half.

Most people wear normal clothes. However, feel free to dress up and get in character for your particular room/mission.
