How Freshfield Gift Vouchers Work

Purchasing a voucher

  1. Click the “buy voucher” button.
  2. Select the voucher amount.
  3. Fill out additional information (name, email, message)
  4. Purchase the voucher.
  5. Receive a confirmation email

Receiving a voucher (e.g. as a gift)

  1. Recipient receives email containing QR code.
  2. Recipient books a game normally.
  3. At checkout, recipient has QR code ready to scan.
  4. Recipient has an amazing time at Freshfield.

*We have migrated platforms for selling gift vouchers. If you have a voucher that was purchased through Bookeo or Square, please contact our team through the contact form so we can schedule you though our new system (Bookeo/Square vouchers must be redeemed at the same venue for which they were purchased).
